即拔即種的植牙手術

個案可以注意到中間這顆牙齒的側邊崩落，這是由於根管治療後未裝牙套、牙釘保護脆弱齒質，使得牙齒容易因咬硬物而牙根斷裂，無法保留，必須進行即拔即種的植牙手術。接著，醫師將利用手術用顯微鏡小心地拔除牙根，雷射消毒，置入新的人工牙根，同時也會製作臨時牙套，讓牙齒美觀、功能不打折。
